Born and raised in a ministerial family, always showed compassion for the people, serving God in all areas in her church, she got married to Pastor Tabares in 1996 and moved to the city of Bucaramanga Colombia where served with her husband for many years in several ministries, later in 2003 God called them to move to United States where after few year started ILCDA where currently serve God
